Evening with the Winemaker

MARCH 7TH EVENT:  PAIRING FOOD & WINE- This event will focus on how to pair your favorite wines with the right foods and will feature Chef Chris Crosthwaite from LCC's Culinary Arts Program.  Enjoy 3 Silvan Ridge Wines paired with 3 delicious appetizer-size dishes while you learn about the art and science of food and wine pairing.  As always, we will offer special discounts on wines featured for the event. Cost is $10 per person or $5 per person for Crest & Ridge Club Members.
