Learn how to make the most of whole Dungeness Crabs and entire citrus fruits.
Work on some classic knife cuts and extended vinaigrette preparation basics.
Team up and try to out cook your classmates!
We will be preparing a crab, citrus, avocado salad with butter lettuce & citrus vinaigrette and making crab dip and crackers.
