Birdathon: Birds & Wine at Left Coast Cellars

Join Salem Audubon field trip leaders Brandon Wagner and Ti m Johnson for this special Salem Audubon Birdathon event at Left Coast C ellars, which includes a bird walk in the vineyard followed by a tasty lunch and wine tasting.

Left Coast Cellars has unique vineyard design . Most vineyards are somewhat of a monoculture. However, Left Coast C ellars has preserved many of its native oaks stands. The vineyard is ho neycombed around this natural habitat. The property also includes lovin gly cultivated organic gardens and fields of wild flowers. The result of this biodiversity approach to property stewardship is rich diversity of wildlife, include a wealth of woodland bird species.

Following a 2+ mile bird walk in the vineyard, at around noon we will enjoy lunch and wine tasting.

Cost: $50 (includes lunch and wine tasting, plus a co ntribution to the Salem Audubon Society Birdathon)
