Willow Restaurant is the new ‘barrier-breaking’ dining concept from acclaimed local chefs, Doug Weiler and John Pickett, that focuses on simple, modern, Portland cuisine in a comfortable and inviting dinner-party setting. The restaurant will offer a market-driven prix fixe menu of six-courses using Pacific Northwest ingredients with creative techniques. Additionally, the duo is breaking down the wall between the chef and the guest in this intimate setting without servers. Willow is open Tuesday – Saturday for dinner with two reservation-only dining experiences.
