Angela Estate at Flavors of Carlton
The evening begins inside the barrel room of Ken Wright Cellars. Enjoy a silent auction, tasty hors d’oeuvres, delicious wine, and fabulous beer selections.
In the Big Tent, dinner will feature 10 top chefs from the region, present at individual stations, serving fabulous small plates. These food offerings will be paired with 20 of the top wineries in Oregon, including Soter, Elk Cove and Argyle along with beer from Carlton’s Fire Mountain Brewery.
The climax of the evening will be a high-energy live auction with your chance to bid on selections of rare and distinctive wine, original art, spectacular travel packages, one-of-a-kind items and once-in-a-lifetime experiences.
