2015 Oregon Chardonnay Symposium - Attack of the Clones.
THE 2015 EVENT
The fourth annual Oregon Chardonnay Symposium will be held Saturday, March 14, 2015 at Stoller Family Estate. This year’s Technical Session, led by Rajat Parr, will focus on the subject of clones, including heritage and Dijon, and their contribution to Oregon Chardonnay. The Grand Tasting will once again be one of the largest tastings of the region’s chardonnays, spanning the winemaking spectrum from one end to the other.
The 2015 Oregon Chardonnay Symposium will delve deeper into what makes Oregon Chardonnay so unique. With an intense focus on the clones, from a purely farming perspective to the distinct characteristics of the various clone groups, this year’s event will cover ground from all angles. Of course the event will also bring together both the pioneers and the current generation of Oregon producers once again as the industry takes on the past, present and future of Oregon Chardonnay.
