On April 1, Vista Hills Vineyard & Winery and the Chemeketa Foundation will host a tasting to celebrate the release of Vista Hills’ Chemeketa 2010 Estate Pinot Noir. Because of owners John and Nancy McClintock’s commitment to higher education, part of the sales of the wine will go directly to scholarships for Chemeketa students.

The tasting, from 2 to 4 p.m., will feature hors d’oeuvres and music. Vista Hills is located at 6475 N.E. Hilltop Lane, Dayton.
