North Valley Vineyards Forms

Soter Vineyards partners, Michelle and Tony Soter, recently announced James Cahill and Brian Sypher will become equity partners in a new operation called North Valley Vineyards, LLC, near Newberg.

Cahill, who has worked with the Carlton winery for ten years, continues in his role as winemaker and director of operations. Brian Sypher, who directs sales and marketing for the winery, has had a long association with the Soters, having formerly represented the wines in the New York market.

Both Cahill and Sypher remain committed in their roles to the Soter Vineyards Estate wines, where the winery’s conviction is held that “we are stewards of one of the new World’s great Pinot Noir vineyards, our own Mineral Springs Ranch.”
