Bring a clean bottle to the Grants Pass winery on a Sunday or Thursday, wander up to the kegs at the Filling Station, push on the tap, fill your bottle, manually squeeze in a cork then slap on a label.

Troon’s Bottle Your Own Program for its 2008 Trifecta Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris or red blend is a hit with people who enjoy the bottling experience and those who know a comparable bottle could cost three times as much or more.
