2015 Oregon Wine A-List Awards: Restaurants

The Oregon Wine A-List Awards are given to those restaurants that show great support of Oregon wine through depth and breadth of Oregon wine on their lists. 

If you know of a restaurant that deserves to be considered for this award, please complete the form below. 

You may submit as many restaurants as you'd like by re-entering the form and submitting a new restaurant. The judging panel will review all nominations to determine the final award recipients, which will be announced at the Oregon Wine Symposium on February 24, 2015.
