Yoga in the Vineyard

Please join us on Sunday, July 30 at 11am to 1:30pm for Yoga and Wine tasting at Oswego Hills Vineyard and Winery (450 S Rosemont Road West Linn, Oregon)

We’ll start with an all levels one-hour Vinyasa Flow class set amidst the grapevines of Oswego Hills Vineyard and Winery followed by wine tasting and light snacks. Feel enriched as you move, balance, stretch and relax while being surrounded by the beautiful sights, sounds, and scents of Oswego Hills. Yoga in the Vinyard provides the opportunity to stretch yourself through the moderate practice of yoga and the enlightening sampling of wines. You may be surprised how the indulgence in one can lead to greater enjoyment of the other!
