Learn the art of cheesemaking and enjoy a selection of Montinore's biodynamically produced and certified wines, plus a cheese tasting plate of eight fine imported Italian hard cheeses. Learn the techniques that will enable you to make Asiago, Parmiggiano, Romano, and many other favorites at home, for far less than the cost of buying the finished aged cheeses. $75/person
