February’s Winery of the Month will host a pruning demonstration at this stunning 4.5 acre narrow-spaced vineyard in the famed “Red Hills of Dundee”. Hosts and co-owners of Élevée Winegrowers—Tom and France Fitzpatrick—will explain the art of vine pruning.
