Enjoy Carlton Farms pork grilled to perfection by executive Chef Chris Flanagan, served with traditional sides for only $15 every Wednesday night. Dinner is served from 5pm until the pig is gone. WineStyles Friday Flights feature 2 ounce pours of three white or three red wines poured simultaneously to allow you to really compare and decide what you prefer. Flights will have a variety of themes. Cost depends upon the wines being poured.

Tonights tasting will feature wines from the Corvidae line (Washington State). We'll have a representative from the winery here to pour the wines and discuss them with our guests. Come try the "Wise Guy", Mirth, the Rook, Lenore, and possibly "The Keeper". Complimentary tasting for wine club members; $5.00 all other guests.
Lessons are $15 per person, which includes a wine tasting or a glass of wine.
The lesson is one hour long, taught by Mz. Jitterbug at the Cubanisimo Vineyards Tasting Room.
Cubanisimo will remain open for an hour after the lessons to encourage dance practice, and general enjoyment.
