Enjoy Carlton Farms pork grilled to perfection by executive Chef Chris Flanagan, served with traditional sides for only $15 every Wednesday night. Dinner is served from 5pm until the pig is gone. Bring your appetite, friends and family and indulge in pork and Pinot Noir specially selected by The Dundee Bistro wine steward, Chris Berry. Daily Bistro menu will also be available.
