Mt. Hood Gala April 24
Paul Bosch, chef of the Altitude Restaurant at the Inn at the Mountain will be host chef of this year’s gala dinner and silent auction, presented by the Mt. Hood Community College’s Hospitality and Tourism Management program at 7 p.m. Saturday, April 24. This year’s event, “Travel the Whimsical Tastes of the Northwest,” will feature deliciously sustainable cuisine. The event is in the Town and Gown Room, Room 2057, on the college’s Gresham Campus. Doors open at 5:30 p.m. for the auction viewing and dinner is served at 7 p.m. Tickets are $70 and can be purchased with reservations by calling the Hospitality and Tourism Club at 503-491-7698.
