Sweet Ashland Fest

 

The Ashland Springs Hotel is hosting the annual Oregon Chocolate Festival March 5-7, a sweet blend of chocolate, art and wine in downtown Ashland. The public is welcome. Tickets are $15 per day. Winetasting, classes and seminars take place March 6–7 at the hotel, unless otherwise noted.

March 5

Wine and chocolate, Allyson’s Kitchen.

5–8 p.m., a chocolate and gallery walk.

6:30 p.m., a chocolate maker’s dinner.

March 5–6

4:30 p.m., chocolate facial spa party, Waterstone Spa. Fee: $25.

March 6

Chocolate pastry and product contest

Chocolate gift vendors

2–5 p.m.,  “Cooking with Chocolate.” Deux Chats Bakery. Fee: $65.

3–5 p.m.. chocolate sculpture demonstration

March 6-7

11 a.m.–4 p.m., chocolate tastings from Coastal Mist and Lillie Belle Farms, at the hotel.

March 7

Science of Chocolate, 

3–5 p.m., “Cooking with Chocolate,” Mexican entrees. Fee: $45.
